Returns & Refunds
Plain-English, backing up the 14-day returns you see on every product.
Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to purchases from the shop only — for repair terms, see Terms of Service.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from deliveryto tell us you want to return an item — no reason needed. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to actually send it back. This is your statutory right as a UK consumer buying online, and it applies on top of anything below.
Getting a full refund
- Return it in the condition it arrived — original box, cables, and accessories included.
- Phones must be factory reset and signed out of iCloud / Google account before you send it back. We can't resell (or accept) a phone still locked to someone else's account.
- Handling it to see if it's right for you is fine — as you would in a shop. Beyond that, if it comes back visibly used or damaged, we may deduct an amount reflecting the drop in value.
Who pays the return postage
- Changed your mind: you cover the return postage.
- Faulty, wrong item, or not as described: we cover it — contact us first and we'll arrange it.
Faulty or not as described
Separately from the change-of-mind window above, if an item is faulty or doesn't match how it was listed, you're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund if you reject it within 30 days of delivery, and a repair, replacement, or refund if a fault shows up after that.
If the listing showed a 1-year warranty, that sits on top of these rights — our remedy there is a free repair (see the warranty note on the product page for exactly what it covers).
