Who we are

What data we collect
- Quote / contact forms: name, email, phone, device, problem description, photos you upload.
- Repair records: device model, IMEI/serial (with your consent), repair history.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Website analytics: anonymised page views via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no third-party tracking).
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Contract: to quote, repair and warranty your device.
- Legitimate interest: to respond to your enquiry and improve our service.
- Consent: for marketing emails (only if you opt in).
Your device, your data
We do not unlock, browse, copy or back up any data on your device during repair. Your phone stays in your sight. If a repair requires powering up the device (e.g. screen test), we ask before doing so.
Who we share data with
- Supabase — our database and file storage (EU servers).
- Resend — to send you transactional emails (quotes, replies, receipts).
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Vercel — to host the website.
How long we keep it
Quote conversations and repair records: 3 years from last contact (to honour warranty claims and any disputes). Payment records: 7 years (UK tax law). Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request: a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction. Email us at the address above and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for the admin login session. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email anyone with an active repair.
